About

Therapy that meets you where you are.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a place where they can be fully honest, without judgment and without having to hold it all together. My clients are often high-achievers who look fine on the outside while quietly running on empty.

Sessions with me are conversational and collaborative. We’ll use practical, evidence-based tools from CBT and ACT, but the relationship comes first: you’ll never be a diagnosis or a worksheet to me.

My approach

01

You set the pace

We go as deep or as gently as you need. There is no script and no rush.

02

Practical tools

You’ll leave sessions with concrete skills from CBT and ACT, not just insight.

03

Whole-person care

Sleep, work, relationships, identity: everything is connected, and everything is welcome here.
